Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During busy periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer — we appreciate your patience.
Shipping Rates & Methods
- We currently ship within the United States.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout or offered as a flat rate, depending on your order.
- Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders, as noted at checkout.
Coffee Beans
- Coffee is roasted in small batches to ensure quality and freshness.
- Once shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier and destination, typically 2–5 business days.
Merchandise & Mugs
- Merchandise and mugs are packed with care to help prevent damage during transit.
- Orders that include fragile items (such as mugs) may require additional protective packaging and could take slightly longer to arrive.
Shipping Confirmations & Tracking
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages
- Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
- If your package arrives damaged or appears lost, please contact us at gigiscoffeeroasters@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.
Incorrect Shipping Information
