At Gigis’s Coffee Roasters, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review our returns and refunds policy below.
Coffee
Due to the nature of freshly roasted coffee, we do not accept returns or exchanges on coffee once it has shipped.
If there is an issue with your order (such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product), please contact us at gigiscoffeeroasters@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Merchandise
- Merchandise (such as apparel or accessories) may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Mugs & Fragile Items
- Mugs and other fragile items are packed with care to help prevent damage during transit.
- If a mug arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
- Approved claims may result in a replacement or refund, at our discretion.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used coffee products
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards (if applicable)
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Incorrect or Incomplete Orders
If you receive the wrong item or your order is incomplete, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
